About Timmy

Alfons Hoorens started his workshop in Denderhoutem in 1962. He is a self-made man who developed new baby products, together with his wife. Over time, Hoorens specialised in knitting nylon nets, without knots. They were used for prams, buggies, cots, as well as bed and mosquito nets.

In 1987, Alfons Hoorens hands over the management of the business to his son Jan and daughter Kristien. The private company is converted into a limited company: Hoorens NV, managed by Jan Hoorens, is born and launches new textile products for babies.

In 1993, Tim is born, the son of the manager. He inspired his grandmother who designed a new baby textile collection, and shortly afterwards, Timmy Collection was launched.

Timmy Collection conquered the hearts of many parents and babies in no time. For more than 15 years, Timmy Collection is synonymous with outstanding quality and successful collections.
